Sales Operations Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Sales Operations Specialist to help build and shape a new team in Warsaw. This is a unique opportunity to contribute from the ground up, bringing your ideas, skills, and energy into a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environment. You will play a key role in aligning sales efforts, improving processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across departments. We offer a temporary contract valid until the end of 2027.
What You Will Do
Cross-Functional Sales Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across sales units and departments to plan and execute campaigns, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on shared goals
Stakeholder-Driven Data Analysis: Analyze sales data from various sources to uncover trends, measure performance, and deliver actionable insights to sales leaders and business partners
Collaborative Sales Forecasting: Partner with Finance, reporting teams, and other stakeholders to forecast sales and revenue using historical data, pipeline metrics, and market trends
Pipeline Management & Optimization: Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead and opportunity management, identifying bottlenecks and improvement areas in collaboration with sales teams
Process Improvement Across Teams:Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows in partnership with internal stakeholders to boost efficiency and effectiveness
Data Quality Stewardship: Implement and maintain data quality standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data across systems and teams
What You Bring
A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a strong advantage
Familiarity with AI tools or applications is a plus
Ability to thrive in a newly forming team and contribute to its growth through stakeholder engagement and teamwork
