Opis stanowiska

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Sales Operations Specialist to help build and shape a new team in Warsaw. This is a unique opportunity to contribute from the ground up, bringing your ideas, skills, and energy into a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environment. You will play a key role in aligning sales efforts, improving processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across departments. We offer a temporary contract valid until the end of 2027.

 

What You Will Do

  • Cross-Functional Sales Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across sales units and departments to plan and execute campaigns, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on shared goals

  • Stakeholder-Driven Data Analysis: Analyze sales data from various sources to uncover trends, measure performance, and deliver actionable insights to sales leaders and business partners

  • Collaborative Sales Forecasting: Partner with Finance, reporting teams, and other stakeholders to forecast sales and revenue using historical data, pipeline metrics, and market trends

  • Pipeline Management & Optimization: Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead and opportunity management, identifying bottlenecks and improvement areas in collaboration with sales teams

  • Process Improvement Across Teams:Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows in partnership with internal stakeholders to boost efficiency and effectiveness

  • Data Quality Stewardship: Implement and maintain data quality standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data across systems and teams


 What You Bring

  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across departments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with AI tools or applications is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a newly forming team and contribute to its growth through stakeholder engagement and teamwork
