We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing (English) and research skills to help us elevate that work as our full-time, in-house Content Writer. As a member of the Content Marketing (part of Go-To-Market Team) team, our writer will create and edit copy for a variety of projects (including product ads, use cases, blog articles, social media posts, creative digital marketing campaigns, ebooks, print, web, mobile, and videos), working closely with the Content Marketing Manager, Sales, and R&D teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and convey messages. Through research and internal interviews Content Writer will be required not only to immerse in and comprehend our product, but also build creative narrations and craft attractive messaging for each client's industry. The most successful copywriter will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style, explaining complex technological matters in a simple, comprehensible way. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and understanding the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with internal subject matter experts, and in-person meetings with the R&D team.
• Writing attractive content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language that sets our users up for success.
• Researching, outlining, writing, and editing new and existing content (case studies, reports, success stories) from concept development to delivery of the final product: blog articles, video content (scenarios, narratives, etc.), landing pages, collaterals, sales materials, UX writing, social media ads, Google ads, translations, tutorials, webinars, presentations, trade shows, conferences, etc.
• Working closely with various departments (Management, Sales, Development, Data Science, etc.) to understand trends and learnings from SKY ENGINE AI’s services. Converting the learnings into engaging content for customers and prospects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline or in a relevant field. 
• Experience in working with marketing campaigns, SEO, headless CMS, content modeling, managing social media, storytelling, keyword search, proofreading, etc.
• Minimum 3-4 years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio (sample texts) as an effective content writer.
• C2 English fluency is required (oral and written)  - preferably a native speaker. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional information research and analysis skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with engineering to improve user experience would be a plus: design, UX writing, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
• Proven experience in a technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering, preferably based on AI algorithms.
• B2B marketing experience in a tech company.
