Now we are looking for an active and result-oriented Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager should be an expert in the industry, with proven revenue generation from selling software to such segments as eCommerce, retail, delivery, HR, education platforms.


As Business Development Manager you should be able to use your experience, as well as your own client database in order to achieve commercial results within approved plan. The goal is to deliver effective Sales strategy, that will help our company grow, and will make client communication more effective. You will work within a fast paced, exciting, and dynamic environment and make sure sales plans get executed within time and budget. What you’ll be responsible for:


  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to create and present compelling Apifonica solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements,
  • Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth,
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts, addressing new customers acquisition and existing customers growth.
  • Drive sales cycles, including prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, developing and piloting, negotiating and closing sales, driving upsells and cross-sells
  • Deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services, conducting meetings with clients and strategic partners,
  • Keep CRM actual and updated, provide accurate forecast for managing projects
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.


Must-have skills and knowledge:


  • 4+ years of business-to-business selling experience in SaaS, PaaS or software industries,
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling companies, as well as building high level business relationships from scratch to closing deals,
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and provide value propositions,
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills,
  • High self-motivation, proactive and ambitious approach in achieving goals,
  • Strategic and creative approach to achieve professional efficiency in conditions of uncertainty and startup environment with frequent changes
  • Hunger for learning and active search for opportunities to contribute.
  • Native German and advanced English languages
