The Content Marketing team is a part of HR Marketing and is responsible for external and business communication, promo campaigns, podcasts, blogs, websites, social media, and design.

IF YOU ARE
- Experienced with 3 years in social media and digital marketing
- Fluent in speaking and writing Polish and English at an advanced level (C1)
- Proficient in creating clear, engaging content for various channels and audiences in both Polish and English
- Skilled in working with digital and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google, including both content creation and paid advertising
- Knowledgeable in planning and executing full-cycle promotional campaigns, including lead generation and brand awareness
- Experienced in e-mail marketing
- Analytical in managing promotional budgets, KPIs, and analytics
- Versed in using standard and AI-powered tools for content creation, campaign planning, and analytics, including Meta and LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Pixel, Apollo, Staffbase, ChatGPT, and Claude
- Trend-aware with a strong pulse on the fast-moving world of social media and digital innovation
- Independent in managing tasks with strong multitasking abilities and exceptional attention to detail
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, experienced in working with various stakeholders
- Tech-savvy, knowing that clouds are not only in the sky
AND YOU WANT TO
- Create or proofread various texts including social media posts, podcast and video scripts, landing pages, and blog articles
- Work on social media and digital marketing strategies by meeting with stakeholders to discuss and advise on the best solution for a specific campaign or business case
- Post on, analyze, and coordinate social media channels' performance
- Plan, execute, and optimize full-cycle organic and paid campaigns across social media, Google, other digital platforms, and email marketing
- Generate leads and build databases
- Analyze data and draw insights from it
- Leverage and utilize AI technologies and tools to automate and optimize content creation and promotion
- Prepare simple visuals such as photos, reels, and videos for day-to-day communications and campaign briefs
- Check internal and external sources for inspiration
- Sync up with content teams at local and global levels to plan activities, update work management apps, and summarize results
