Opis stanowiska

Due to our stable and consistent growth, we are currently seeking an additional specialist to join our internal HR team. For now our team and all its current members are focused both on recruitment and internal HR tasks. While we value versatility, as the company grows, we are gradually moving toward a more specialized structure in the HR team. This means you will have the opportunity to choose a path that best suits your skills and career aspirations. Let's talk about both paths and let us know in the application questionnaire if you prefer (and match!) any of them better. However, we still believe that a very rigid job structure isn't a way to go in our case, so you should be prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills as needed.


1. Recruitment


What would you be responsible for?

Your main focus will be recruitment. You'll handle the entire hiring process while working closely with our HR team. We'll support your onboarding, but we're looking for someone who can take ownership of recruitment activities quite independently. This role means working on several recruitment processes simultaneously, with regular meetings throughout the week, so it works best for someone who enjoys connecting with people.


Your recruitment responsibilities will include:

  • handling the entire recruitment process from start to finish for various positions – from technical engineering roles to operational ones, for both entry-level and experienced specialists,

  • gathering requirements by talking with our board and teams, as well as proactively analyzing our current recruitment needs,

  • writing and posting job advertisements,

  • actively sourcing candidates by identifying and reaching out to potential talent,

  • ensuring candidates receive timely updates at every stage,

  • making offers to selected candidates, including presenting details, negotiating, and coordinating formal onboarding tasks with our administrative team,

  • analyzing recruitment data and metrics to track effectiveness, identify trends, and prepare reports,

  • using insights from data to continuously improve our recruitment processes.


This position is for you if you:

  • have end-to-end recruitment experience – you should be comfortable managing the entire recruitment process independently,

  • are comfortable working with data and analytics tools (especially Google Sheets) – tracking metrics, creating reports, and identifying areas for improvement,

  • are interested in the IT industry and already have familiarity with technical recruitment,

  • want to work with an in-house recruitment team where the goal is finding the right match for our company, not just meeting KPIs,

  • have a good command of English (to verify language skills during interviews or create advertisements) and Polish (for daily communication with our teams),

  • are independent and well-organized – you can count on our help, but we expect you to be able to organize your own work,

  • can learn new things quite quickly and are eager to do so,

  • can communicate in a clear, direct, and effective way,

  • have an eye for detail – whether you're communicating with candidates, analyzing data, or preparing reports, accuracy and quality matter greatly to us,

  • enjoy a lot of contact with people!


2. Internal HR tasks


Right now in this role we're looking for someone on the rather senior end who can provide strategic HR support and act as a knowledge resource for the team.


What would you be responsible for?

At first, we will introduce you to one or two key areas to ensure a smooth onboarding. After this period, we'll gradually expand your responsibilities based on our needs and your development.


Your main focus will be on internal HR tasks, which include:

  • onboarding new employees and ensuring they have a smooth start at Software Mansion,

  • evaluating employees' performance and preparing feedback notes, making sure that our employees receive fair assessments and constructive feedback about their work,

  • being the first point of contact for HR-related matters for all employees (e.g., salaries, training budget, contract changes, benefits),

  • carrying out some offboarding tasks,

  • preparing reports and analyzing HR data to support decision-making,

  • coordinating internal company processes,

  • participating in employer branding initiatives, such as collaborating with top universities or organizing events,

  • collaborating closely with board members, project managers, technical leaders, as well as administrative and marketing teams,

  • addressing and resolving challenging situations within teams, whether it's related to communication, collaboration, or other interpersonal dynamics,

  • share your knowledge with other members of the team.


Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone with solid HR experience and knowledge who can bring expertise to our team and is willing to share it with others – someone who can handle complex HR matters independently and be a go-to person when questions or challenging situations come up.


This position is for you if you:

  • have solid experience in internal HR, with a background in handling diverse HR tasks within an organization,

  • are interested in the IT industry and already have familiarity with this field,

  • have a good command of English and Polish,

  • are comfortable with a dynamic pace of work with varied tasks and regular meetings with different people and teams,

  • can learn new things quite quickly and adapt to our company's specific needs and culture,

  • are independent and well-organized – you can count on our help, but we expect you to be able to organize your own work,

  • can communicate in a clear, direct, and effective way,

  • have an eye for detail, as quality communication with our employees is very important to us,

  • are empathetic, but also assertive person.


Terms of Cooperation

  • We work in a hybrid model. However, in this position, it is important to us that you can work mainly from our office at Zabłocie 43B in Kraków. We expect you to work from our office 3–4 days per week, especially for the first few months.

  • We offer various agreements, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

  • This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
