We’re currently looking for a Mid-level UI/UX Designer to join our team. Someone who knows when to go deep and when to keep things lean. Who are we looking for?

A designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, who can:

• Create clear wireframes and turn them into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces,
• Understand the business context of what they’re designing — you know your users, but also what the client wants to achieve,
• Approach problems pragmatically — we don’t need pixel-perfect mockups or months of research for every decision,
• Work well with developers and clients — collaboration and communication are key,
• Use tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, and even a spreadsheet when needed.

• We keep it close to the client — workshops, quick feedback loops, and real conversations,
• Small, agile teams where everyone has an impact,
• Design is not an afterthought here — it’s a core part of the product process,
• We don’t have huge UX teams or dedicated researchers — we expect you to ask the right questions and move forward with what you’ve got.
