E-Commerce Platform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a curious developer who wants to grow in the world of e-commerce. In this role, you will manage and optimize our Shopify Plus stores and websites. Ensure a seamless on-site experience, robust checkout and payment processing, reliable order fulfilment, and smooth integration. You will take ownership of the technical administration, management, and ongoing development of our B2B & B2C commerce websites on Shopify Plus. Serve as the technical point of contact for Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and external partners. Be part of a small team where ideas move fast, and ownership is real. Key responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day technical operations and improvements on Shopify Plus.

• Create and update theme components to support campaigns and UX optimization.

• Ensure smooth checkout, payments and integration with CRM and fulfilment.

• Test and monitor platform performance and uptime.

• Plan and coordinate technical enhancements and releases.

• Keep up to date with new Shopify features and apps.

• Support teams with analytics, tracking and troubleshooting.

What we expect:

• 3+ years of front-end and back-end experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GraphQL, PHP, SQL, Node.js, React).

• 3+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing or online shop operations (Shopify Plus experience required).

• Solid understanding of UX, online sales and optimization.

• Analytical mindset and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.

• Fluent English for daily collaboration with international teams
