For our Product Marketing Department we are looking for a Candidate for the position of:
Product Promotion Specialist
Your tasks:
- develop and manage demo vehicle plans, including product introductions, vehicle quantity, and specifications,
- create and oversee the demo timing plan to ensure effective execution,
- manage the demo fleet to ensure high availability and performance, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers,
- prepare and control the demo vehicle budget, ensuring all financial obligations are met,
- collaborate with regional teams to define and implement product promotional activities,
- compile and monitor the schedule for all promotional events and initiatives,
- work closely with Operational Marketing to plan and produce promotional tools (both hard and soft assets, including mock-ups),
- coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of promotional materials,
- support Product Marketing with product investigations and benchmarking analyses.
Our Expectations:
- strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships across departments and cultures,
- proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word,
- very good English command (min B2),
- ability to monitor and analyze market trends and current events,
- strong research skills for gathering relevant project-related information,
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
- comfortable working under time pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
