Strategy & Transformation Manager
Your Tasks:
- being a key member of the Strategy & Transformation Office working closely with our executive and leadership teams,
- coaching and challenging teams and strategic initiative owners at identifying new opportunities,
- analyzing the particular opportunities or challenges as defined for the initiatives:
problem solving as needed,
challenging the status quo and looking for opportunities to achieve better results,
identifying roadblocks and actions needed to ensure maximum value creation,
supporting building capabilities of initiative owners and their teams,
- identifying and prioritizing issues for further analysis, and synthesizing the insights,
- developing recommendations and creating plans to implement those,
- cultivating successful cross team relationships.
Our requirements:
- great business acumen, with previous experience in automotive/industrial organization, preferable,
- fluent - both verbally and in writing - in English and Polish
- proven track record in managing complex projects and program; experience in transformation programs preferable;
- high level of commitment to personal and professional development,
- ability to integrate cross-transversal topics with strong sense for detail,
- strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, out of box thinker,
- ability to work effectively with people from different areas, countries and at all levels of the organization, with strong sense for coordination and integrated view,
- analytical mindset, with strong anchor in numbers and corporate finance,

- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to lead and coordinate teams with different tasks, across different departments and functions,
