Solaris Bus & Coach sp. z o. o. is a leading European manufacturer of city and suburban buses. Its activity is focused on the development of low- and zero-emission vehicles – electric, hydrogen and trolleybuses. Over 26,000 Solaris vehicles delivered to date operate in 33 countries and 850 cities throughout Europe and beyond. Solaris belongs to the Spanish CAF Group (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) SA and employs over 3,000 people in Poland and abroad. The brand's vehicles, from the idea through the design and implementation phase, are manufactured in Poland. The entire activity of the manufacturer is consistent with the mission contained in the slogan: "We are changing the face of public transport". Solaris is also an active partner for public transport operators in the process of transforming transport into zero-emission. The company's vehicles have been awarded many times for quality and innovation. The Urbino 18 hydrogen bus won the prestigious title of "Bus of The Year 2025".

Strategy & Transformation Project Manager

 

Your tasks:

 

·       Collaborating with the executive and leadership teams,

·       Supporting and challenging teams and strategic initiative owners in identifying new opportunities,

·       Analyzing specific opportunities or challenges defined for initiatives:

·       Challenging the status quo and seeking ways to achieve better results,

·       Identifying roadblocks and necessary actions to ensure maximum value creation,

·       Identifying and prioritizing issues requiring further analysis and synthesizing insights,

·       Developing recommendations and creating implementation plans,

·       Building effective cross-team relationships.

Our expectations:

 

·       Experience in consulting, project management, business transformation, and finance,

·       Fluency in both English and Polish – spoken and written,

·       Ability to integrate cross-functional topics with strong attention to detail,

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an out-of-the-box mindset,

·       Ability to collaborate effectively with people from various areas, countries, and organizational levels,

·       Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach,

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate teams with diverse tasks across departments and functions,

·       Experience in manufacturing companies, especially in the automotive or related industries, is a plus.
