We’re looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist who will help our CS Team in delivering the outstanding customer service experience.
Our product is a quality customer-oriented application designed for social media analytics, and powered by artificial intelligence. We sell it in the Saas model. Our product is currently one of the best application designed to social media analytics. We are a remote-first company with the team based mostly in Warsaw, which enables us to meet offline from time to time.
As a Junior Customer Service Specialist you will support our customers to achieve their desired outcomes while using Sotrender. We we will teach you how to do that, as well as help you to grow professionally (and have some fun at the same time).
What will you do?
- Exploring Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok data and its commercial usage
- Serving clients and solving their problems on a daily basis.
- Communicating with clients & leads via e-mail, chat, phone and during meetings
- Identifying and managing client requests.
- Reporting bugs & improvements
- Reminding clients about overdue payments
- Gathering feedback and making a real impact on Sotrender’s development
- Keep customer satisfaction at the highest point.
- Coworking with Product, Marketing, IT & Analytics teams
What do we need from you?
- Readiness to learn new skills and acquire knowledge - we will teach you how to deal with the responsibilities listed above!
- Interest in digital marketing and social media
- Being communicative, easygoing, creative
- Fluency in Polish & English (at least B2)
- Business-partner attitude rather than a salesperson
- Goal-oriented personality
- Ability to manage multiple deals at the same time
You will gain extra points if you have:
- Some experience in customer service or sales
- Experience in digital agencies or market & opinion research industries
- Knowledge of the sales tools (Hubspot, Jira, Mixpanel, Storydock)]
