Senior Event Manager (iGaming/Gambling Industry)

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and managing expo events, particularly international ones
• Proven experience in the iGaming/gambling industry
• Fluency in English

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in event management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally

Responsibilities

Expo Event Planning:

• Plan and execute large-scale expo events in the iGaming/gambling industry.
• Develop event concepts and schedules aligned with business goals.
• Manage event budgets efficiently.

Vendor and Venue Management:

• Select and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee contracts.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Collaborate with marketing to develop event promotion strategies.
• Manage the creation of promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns.

Logistics Coordination:

• Oversee logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
• Ensure smooth onsite execution and resolve issues promptly.

Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and attendees.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

Post-Event Analysis:

• Conduct evaluations and prepare reports on event outcomes.
• Apply insights to improve future events.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement contingency plans for potential risks.
