Requirements:
5+ years of experience in change management within IT or digital transformation environments
Proven track record of delivering change management for large-scale IT infrastructure, ERP, or enterprise transformation programs
Strong knowledge of recognised change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter or similar)
Hands-on experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, including at senior and executive levels
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines
Fluent English B2+/C1 (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Prosci or APMG Change Management certification
Experience supporting cloud migration programs or large enterprise platform rollouts
Background in Oracle or similar ERP upgrade or transformation initiatives
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or comparable delivery and collaboration platforms
Project description:
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager Consultant to lead complex IT and digital transformation initiatives across global environments. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, ensuring that organisational change is delivered smoothly, sustainably, and on time.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing end-to-end change strategies, driving adoption, and ensuring alignment with the wider Digital IT communications framework and standards.
Main responsibilities:
Define and execute end-to-end change management strategies across multiple IT and digital transformation projects
Conduct stakeholder identification, mapping, and impact analysis across business units and regions
Develop and deliver communication strategies and plans tailored to diverse, global audiences
Design and deliver training approaches, materials, and adoption support content
Create all change-related deliverables, including: communications and announcements, executive and project presentations, FAQs and job aids, training decks and user enablement materials
Monitor change readiness, adoption, and engagement metrics, adjusting the approach where required
Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Ensure consistency with the Digital IT communications framework, branding, and standards
