As a Content Strategist, you’ll play a crucial role in the overall content governance and strategy for our partner’s website as well as making data-driven decisions about content solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with business objectives and effectively engages the target audience.
DUTIES
Content Governance and Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our partner’s website ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Establish and maintain content governance processes
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in that aligns with overall brand messaging
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement content structure in the CMS
Content Improvement and Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and analyze content performance metrics
- Support lifecycle management of website content, from strategy to analysis
Headless CMS Management:
- Utilize your expertise in headless CMS platforms to manage and optimize content workflows, processes, and improve reuse across digital channels
- Audit CMS to make sure best practices are being followed
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the CMS platform
