Engineering Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing software development teams in an agile environment

• Demonstrated people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire team members

• Solid software engineering and IT background, with a clear understanding of development processes, roles, and responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in cloud-native environments

• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)

• Fluent English

Project description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead software development teams delivering ERP and HR systems, with a particular focus on Contract Management and Procurement solutions. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with people leadership, ensuring your teams are motivated, supported, and aligned with business goals. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams, driving engineering excellence, and delivering reliable, scalable software in an agile environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development teams working on ERP and HR systems in agile environments

• Provide strong people management, including hiring, onboarding, career development, performance reviews, and day-to-day team support

• Coach, mentor, and motivate engineers to help them grow professionally and succeed in their roles

• Lead and support recruitment processes in collaboration with HR and technical stakeholders

• Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software solutions

• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, architects, and other teams to align priorities and coordinate dependencies

• Promote engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and a culture of ownership and accountability

• Support technical decision-making and provide guidance based on solid engineering experience
