As we continue to grow our sales team, we are in search of a dynamic individual to provide robust support and play a pivotal role within our organization. This role is centered around the development and management of your own client portfolio, fostering regular engagement and collaboration.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent client communication skills, value the autonomy of their work, maintain strong relationship management, and have proficient English language skills (additional languages are a plus). Your responsibilities:


  • Actively acquiring new customers in both Polish and international markets
  • Promoting and selling business solutions to potential clients through all sales channels
  • Creating development plans, including an active sales pipeline and implementation strategies, to build new profitable businesses
  • Actively and successfully managing the sales process, including generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating with clients, and closing deals
  • Following up on clients' requests
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration tasks are completed properly
  • Developing lasting relationships with assigned SQ1 clients and hired consultants.
  • Resolving problems related to the activities of contractors and customers
  • Working within Square One's processes and procedures to ensure adherence to the core sales timeline
  • Working closely with the Recruitment Team on acquired requirements


Our requirements:


  • 3+ years of successful experience in business development in a recruitment agency, software house or IT consulting - must have
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes
  • Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity and courage to bring new ideas
  • Good command of English
