This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning HR operations end‑to‑end, improving processes, and acting as a trusted partner to the business and external providers.

What you will be responsible for

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Administrators, ensuring consistent service quality, engagement, and clear accountability

  • Own and oversee HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance with local regulations

  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for Polish HR administration, monitoring legislative changes and translating them into operational impact

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution

  • Review, maintain, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and process documentation

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and independently drive process enhancements and standardization

  • Coordinate the flow of critical HR information to stakeholders, vendors, and external partners, ensuring appropriate follow‑up

  • Manage complex employee inquiries related to HR administration and employment lifecycle processes

  • Prepare standard and ad‑hoc HR reports, providing insights and ensuring data quality

What we value

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in Polish HR Operations, including at least 2 years in a people‑management role

  • Strong practical knowledge of Polish Labor Code, HR administration, and operational controls

  • Experience working with outsourced providers and managing service quality

  • Solid understanding of social security (ZUS) obligations and working time regulations

  • Good command of English, sufficient for daily business communication

  • Very strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced functions)

  • High attention to detail combined with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
