Job description
Are you ready to bring your organizational skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to a vibrant team? In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our company's operations, ensuring smooth internal processes and supporting our teams in all their organizational needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations – from coordinating repairs and suppliers to maintaining a welcoming and well-equipped workspace.
Manage company calendars: scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Plan and support company events – researching vendors, negotiating offers, placing orders, handling logistics, and settling expenses.
Support internal communication to keep our team informed and engaged.
Welcome and assist office guests, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Organize business trips and delegations, taking care of travel arrangements and details.
Support new joiners with onboarding and assist with offboarding processes.
Handle office purchases, expense reports, and invoice records.
Prepare summaries and reports for management to support business decisions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration
English language at an intermediate level (minimum B2)
Very good work organization – multitasking, ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
Initiative, creativity, and the ability to solve problems constructively
Independence, ability to make decisions
Teamwork and communication skills
Computer skills (office software, Google tools)
Availability and readiness for business trips (including to the company’s branch in Poznań)
A category B driving license and a car are welcome but not required
Work on-site from our office in Gliwice
