Specializing in artificial intelligence, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure, STX Next combines cutting-edge technologies with exceptional user experience and design. The company has successfully completed over 1,000 projects for a global customer base, leveraging its team of 500 talented professionals and flexible nearshoring model from delivery centers in Poland and Mexico.

In a recent strategic move, STX Next joined forces with Brainhub, a Polish software development company known for its expertise in JS, .NET, and AWS. This merger, finalized in December 2024, expands STX Next's capabilities in web and mobile application development, strengthening its position in the global IT solutions market. The combined organization, now comprising over 600 professionals, is poised to deliver advanced AI-driven solutions tailored for medium-sized businesses and large enterprises, with a focus on continuous delivery, business-oriented decision-making, and rigorous project governance.



Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Identifying and acquiring new leads through various marketing tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and networking at industry events.
  • Developing and managing sales pipelines, building a robust Client portfolio by acquiring new Brainhub Clients, focusing primarily on the USA and Western Europe, and using any effective method, such as outbound campaigns, inbound strategies, or partnerships.
  • Conducting meetings and negotiations with prospective Clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing customer pain points, and ensuring alignment with the services offered.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM tools like Pipedrive or HubSpot to ensure accurate and actionable sales data.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to set and achieve planned sales goals.
  • Actively participating in co-creating sales strategies with our Head of Sales and Feasibility and company management, focusing on scalability and alignment with business objectives.


Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in foreign markets, ideally in a software development company.
  • Proficient in Inbound and Outbound sales, as well as networking.
  • A deep understanding of the changing technological landscape and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
  • A highly proactive, creative mindset, with strong ownership of tasks and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Polish skills at a minimum C1 level, enabling clear and professional communication.
