Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.

Identifying and acquiring new leads through various marketing tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and networking at industry events.

Developing and managing sales pipelines, building a robust Client portfolio by acquiring new Brainhub Clients, focusing primarily on the USA and Western Europe, and using any effective method, such as outbound campaigns, inbound strategies, or partnerships.

Conducting meetings and negotiations with prospective Clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.

Building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing customer pain points, and ensuring alignment with the services offered.
- Maintaining and updating CRM tools like Pipedrive or HubSpot to ensure accurate and actionable sales data.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to set and achieve planned sales goals.
- Actively participating in co-creating sales strategies with our Head of Sales and Feasibility and company management, focusing on scalability and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in foreign markets, ideally in a software development company.
- Proficient in Inbound and Outbound sales, as well as networking.
- A deep understanding of the changing technological landscape and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
- A highly proactive, creative mindset, with strong ownership of tasks and a results-driven approach.

Excellent written and spoken English and Polish skills at a minimum C1 level, enabling clear and professional communication.
