To support this growth and ensure the highest standards across the organization, we are looking for a dedicated People Operations Specialist. In this role, you will help shape our internal operations, support managers and coworkers, and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in everything we do.
This position combines both operational and strategic responsibilities, so the ideal candidate is passionate about people, process improvement, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-evolving tech environment.
Responsibilities
Preparing recurring and ad-hoc reports related to employee data (e.g., compensation, workforce structure).
Preparing data for market reports and salary benchmarking analyses.
Creating analyses and data summaries for the People team and other departments.
Cooperating with the Payroll team in verifying payroll data and supporting the preparation of data for payroll processing.
Providing support with administrative tasks, including preparing contracts, collecting documentation, and handling basic employee documentation.
Cooperating with employee benefits providers and supporting the analysis of benefit offers.
Administering employee benefit programs and monitoring benefit-related costs.
Supporting managers in their day-to-day work and with ongoing People-related matters.
Preparing data and analyses for projects and initiatives aimed at improving People processes.
Ensuring high quality standards within the People function and participating in the continuous improvement of processes and tools supporting the team’s work.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or compensation administration.
Experience in administering employee benefits and cooperating with external service providers.
Very good knowledge of Excel and experience working with data and reports.
Ability to prepare analyses and reports supporting business decision-making.
High level of accuracy, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support managers in their day-to-day work.
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
