To further our success story, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Project Manager who will work closely with all organization domains (Sales, Engineering) to ensure excellent service for our Clients.

This role is customer-facing with significant internal responsibilities. Therefore, to be successful, you must be driven by a passion for customer satisfaction and excel in fostering long-term relationships.

What you'll do

• Work closely with all organization domains (Sales, Engineering) to ensure excellent service for our Clients

• Ensure project goals are met within the constraints of scope, budget, and timelines

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams

• Monitor and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction

• Generate and analyze project reports to provide insights and recommendations

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.

• Collaborate and coordinate with project teams, ensuring they are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently towards project goals

• Facilitate effective team meetings, providing clear direction and support to promote a cohesive and productive working environment

• Act as a bridge between clients and project teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and delivered upon

What we're looking for

• At least 5+ years of experience in IT (software development) and substantial experience in project and people management

• A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations

• A proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients

• A solid background in IT business management, with experience supporting budget, revenue, margin, and efficiency objectives.

• A passion for achieving top levels of customer satisfaction

• Extensive experience directly managing technical and cross-functional profiles

• Experience with identifying and executing upsell opportunities during project delivery

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach

• Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking (min. C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Good command of Polish, both in writing and speaking (min. B2 level)

• Previous hands-on experience in technical roles, such as web development

• Experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master

• Experience working with international and dispersed teams

• Experience supporting sales initiatives
