🎯 What will you do?

Your mission will be to own and develop our HubSpot system (CRM + Marketing Hub) – from auditing and cleaning data structures to designing and implementing automations that connect marketing, sales, and customer success


We’re looking for someone who knows HubSpot inside out, can connect data across areas, and streamline processes that improve conversion, collaboration, and customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.

  • thinks in systems and understands how data moves across teams

  • can connect marketing, sales, and service into one smooth process

  • wants to have a real impact in a fast-paced, decision-driven environment

 

🔍 Key responsibilities:

  • full ownership and development of HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) – administration, integrations, pipelines, automations, reports, user management

  • audit and optimize the current HubSpot setup – identify improvement areas and lead implementation

  • design and deploy cross-department workflows connecting marketing, sales, and customer success (e.g., lead handoff, onboarding, upsell alerts, support feedback loops)

  • build and optimize data flow and lead management processes across teams

  • support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by designing automations, integrations, and reporting

  • collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to leverage automation and improve operational efficiency

  • create dashboards and reports

  • integrate HubSpot with other platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, website, event tools, analytics)

  • ensure CRM data quality and consistency through regular monitoring and governance practices


Who are we looking for and what’s needed to succeed in the role? 🔎


Requirements:

Must have:

  • min. 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) – setup, automation, and integrations

  • proven experience in CRM audits, data management, and process optimization

  • excellent knowledge of Workflows, Custom Properties, Reporting, Lead Scoring

  • strong understanding of lead management, sales, and customer success processes

  • analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into process improvements

  • proactivity, independence, and ownership


Nice to have:

  • HubSpot Academy certifications (CRM Implementation, RevOps, Data Quality)

  • experience in a startup / scale-up environment

  • familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar

  • interest in renewable energy / SaaS / technology sectors


Ideally, you'll bring with you:

  • proficiency in English 👉🏻 C1 is a must! 🇬🇧
