🎯 What will you do?

As our Junior Logistics Specialist, you will:

• coordinate international shipments (containers, pallets, parcels – 90% of our transactions are cross-border) 🚛

• book shipments with carriers 🚛

• ensure timely pick-up & delivery 📦

• monitor transport progress

• help resolve operational issues 🤝🏻

• support our users and internal teams with logistics-related questions 🫶🏻

• assist in daily operations and documentation tasks ✨

🔎 Who are we looking for and what’s needed to succeed in the role?

📌 Requirements

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

• it’s a junior role so… up to 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain 👉🏻 internships count, yay!

• willingness to learn and grow within logistics & operations 🚀

• strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• superb communication skills

• accuracy and attention to detail 🔎

• proficiency in English (min. C1)

Nice to have:

• familiarity with customs processes & VAT regulations

• experience working with carriers or logistics systems

• basic knowledge of customs documentation

• communicative knowledge of other languages – definitely a huge plus! 🌍
