🎯 What will you do?


As our Key Account Manager, you will:

  • take charge of a portfolio of high-value customers (large PV installers & distributors)

  • make sure they get the best possible experience with sun.store


Your focus will be on…

  • building strong and long-term partnerships with key accounts

  • understanding customer needs inside-out, and…

  • driving sales by offering tailored solutions.


To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be proactive in managing accounts and ideally bring a solid understanding of the solar industry 🚀



📌 Key responsibilities


You will:

  • manage a portfolio of large installers and distributors, focusing on driving sales and building strong relationships with them 👥

  • proactively identify opportunities to meet customer needs and present tailored solutions 🔍

  • work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide top offers that align with their needs 🗣️

  • negotiate terms and close deals that maximize sales and customer satisfaction 🤝

  • monitor account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 📊

  • collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on platform functionalities and suggest improvements 💡



Who are we looking for and what’s needed to succeed in the role? 🔎


Requirements


Ideally, you'll bring with you:

  • proven experience in account management or sales, particularly with high-value customers in the solar industry 🎯

  • in-depth knowledge of the solar industry and market dynamics ☀️

  • understanding the needs of large PV installers and distributors 🏗️

  • ability to analyze customer needs and craft smart solutions 🧠

  • strong relationship-building skills 🤝

  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 🗣️

  • good negotiation skills 💼

  • familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software 🖥️

  • proficiency in English (min. C1) (must!) 🇬🇧


Nice to have:

  • communicative knowledge of other languages (German 🇩🇪, French 🇫🇷, Italian 🇮🇹) – definitely a plus!
