About the job:

Currently we are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a performance rockstar to take our paid social media campaigns to a completely new level. If you enjoy working on an innovative product, creating effective social media campaigns, developing successful marketing strategy and tactics, and thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment, then we are the right place for you! 

You will work closely with the marketing team to execute social advertising, display and video strategies across multiple channels and markets.


Your daily responsibilities:

  • Take a pioneering role in developing a successful acquisition strategy for winning over new customers
  • Develop and implement performance strategies (paid social media & DV360) to drive user acquisition/conversion across all markets
  • Set up, optimize, track and monitor performance campaigns (paid social media & DV360) and accounts by using your professional experience and knowledge to optimize for maximum profitability and growth
  • Provide creative insights and recommendations based on performance data
  • In addition to best-in-class models, plan A/B tests, analyse audience and segmentation, develop new ideas and optimise the customer journey to increase conversions
  • Adjust and develop our sales funnel to drive conversion
  • Inspire with out-of-the box thinking and fresh innovative ideas to reach our target groups
  • Work closely with the graphic designer and copywriter to participate in the development of marketing assets (e.g. static banners, gifs, online videos, influencer content)
  • Support the marketing team with ad-hoc analyses and constant research of new marketing tactics
  • Control, monitor, align and analyze KPIs to identify actions and drive improvements
  • In charge of a 6 digit monthly, 4+ countries

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a similar field
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) and good communication skills, other languages like Polish, German or Italian will be a plus
  • 5+ years' experience working in the digital media buying & planning environment with a focus on paid social media strategy and execution
  • Advanced understanding and experience running paid advertising campaigns across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram and DV360
  • Experience scaling and optimizing global paid digital campaigns (m.in. 3 markets) with a strong focus on CPA / ROAS driven user acquisition
  • Ability to analyze social campaign and creative performance data in order to improve KPIs
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills to master the complex optimization challenges
  • Experience in AdWords and app advertising strategy is an advantage
