Project Manager - Superyachts

Your responsibilites:

1. project planning, organizing, directing and control to a successful completion,
2. contact with Clients and/or their Representatives on a daily basis,
3. dealing with CLASS and FLAG Authorities, coordination and maintenance of relevant project documentation,
4. coordination and follow up on internal and external project activities sustain workflow, contact with departments involves in project,
5. coordination of purchasing processes and scheduling of materials,
6. coordination of suppliers and service companies,
7. motivating and managing Project Team, demonstrating “visible leadership,”
8. Costs control and follow-up on budget

Our requirements:

1. High degree – technical degree preferred,
2. Professional experience with projects management in a production company – preferably new-building shipyard,
3. Very good command of English
4. Theoretical and practical knowledge of technical aspects of ship and yacht building,
5. Knowledge of CLASS and Authorities’ technical standards for yachts,
6. High level of organization skills and self confidence in making decisions,
7. Understanding of the value of proper stakeholder management, skills in balancing interests of different parties and finding compromises,
8. solution-oriented, flexible, proactive and skilled in the art of communicating open-minded and respectfully at all levels,
9. High proficiency in negotiations
10. Readiness to work from our office in Gdańsk
