IT Project Manager

Your goal:  Ensuring successful and smooth delivery of projects

Engagement: Full-time

Main responsibilities:

• Creating and executing a project roadmap, taking into account client’s expectations and requirements, available resources, internal assumptions and recommendations,
• Ongoing project management: supervising progress, managing schedules, creating action plans, identifying risks, foreseeing bottlenecks and blockers, gathering necessary knowledge and resources,
• Leading an open and transparent communication between the client and the team, including: hosting and moderating meetings, sharing notes and summaries, reporting on progress, keeping the project tools up to date, assisting and educating clients when needed.

Requirements for the role:

• At least 5 years of previous experience of working as a project manager in a tech company, 
• Excellent communication and English skills (at least C1),
• A hands-on, get things done attitude (we seek an engaged contributor, not just a facilitator),
• Profound understanding of the software development process and experience with diverse project management methodologies,
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills: ability to understand and maneuver through demanding project requirements, schedules, and organizational structures,
• Flexibility needed to work with US based clients.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience as a business consultant, analyst, product manager or engineer.
• AgilePM, Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate.
