The Opportunity


We are looking for a Marketing Lead to own the marketing engine at Sunscrapers. As we pivot from a traditional software consultancy to a specialized Data & AI partner for Private Capital, we need a strong operator to execute our 2026 strategy.

You will work directly with the CEO (Łukasz Karwacki) to translate high-level vision into concrete actions, ensuring our brand becomes the top-of-mind authority for data-driven investors in the US and Europe.


Your Mission (The "What")

Your primary goal is to generate leads via long-term, multi-channel activities and build brand authority in the Private Capital market (VC/PE).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Rebranding & Positioning: Execute the comprehensive refresh of our brand identity, including a full redesign of the website, marketing collateral, and social media profiles to reflect our new "Data & AI" positioning.

  • Event Strategy Execution: Own the logistics and promotion for hosting two industry events annually.

  • Content & Authority Building: Manage the production of high-quality assets including case studies, guides, and articles that position us as the "Sage" of the industry.

  • Partnerships: Establish and nurture at least one key vertical partnership to expand our reach.

  • Lead Generation: Implement and manage multi-touch campaigns that turn market noise into qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, private capital, or the data/AI space.

  • Strong project management skills; ability to organize complex initiatives like events and rebrands.

  • Excellent written English (Smart Casual voice: relaxed yet professional).

  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote/async environment.
