Join our ambitious and driven Sales Team, where humor meets hard work! Our team includes Customer Success and Inbound Sales specialists, and we're looking for someone who’s ready to take charge as a first Outbound Sales Specialist. You'll have the unique opportunity to map, establish, and implement this critical function from the ground up. Surfer is a SaaS platform designed to help users improve website SEO performance and create high-ranking, optimized content with data-driven insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and reach out to potential customers using various outbound sales channels, including email, phone, social media, and other methods
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage potential customers, utilizing strong technical skills for email setup and deliverability optimization
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and analyze performance metrics to refine outreach strategies and optimize efforts for maximum effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities using HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Represent the company at industry meetings and conferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in outbound sales in SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience using multiple channels for outreach, including email, phone, social media, and other innovative methods
  • Proficiency in using outbound sales tools (Apollo, Ln Sales Navigator, Clay etc.) and CRM software (Hubspot or similar)
  • Strong technical skills related to email setup and deliverability optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write persuasive and engaging sales copy
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing is a plus
  • Experience in PLG company that successfully transitioned into mid-market deals is a plus

  • Base salary: 11,000–15,000 PLN net + plus commission (OTE: 22,000 PLN net)
