Business Development Manager (AI / Computer Vision)

By harnessing Machine Learning and real-time video analytics, we help companies prevent incidents before they happen.
We’ve already built a working product, deployed it with clients, and created a sales process that delivers results.
Now we’re scaling.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of deals and help us grow faster.
In this role, you will:
Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing
Execute a proven sales process built by our CCO
Sell a technical AI product to industrial clients (operations, safety, IT)
Run discovery calls that uncover big problems — not just pitch
Deliver demos and tailor messaging to client needs
Consistently move deals forward (especially when clients stall)
Work closely with product and engineering to align offering with market needs
Contribute to improving messaging, positioning, and sales execution
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
Experience selling tech, SaaS or complex solutions
Ability to understand and explain technical products
Strong communication skills (Polish + English)
High ownership — you run your deals end-to-end
Consistency and discipline in following a process
Nice to have:
Experience in industrial, safety, or enterprise environments
Experience working with structured sales methodologies
Exposure to AI / computer vision / analytics products
Experience in outbound or building pipeline from scratch
