About the Role
Internally, we call this role the Growth Architect. You own Surveily's growth engine end-to-end as an experimentation function: finding, testing, and scaling the channels, messages, and funnel mechanics that turn attention into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. Where our Demand Generation team runs the core inbound and ABM motion, you are the one constantly probing the edges — running experiments no one in the category has tried yet, killing what doesn't work fast, and doubling down hard on what does.
You are equal parts marketer, analyst, and builder. You are comfortable with data and tooling, you move quickly, and you treat every initiative as a hypothesis with a number attached. You thrive in ambiguity and you are energised by finding the unlock that changes the growth curve.
What You'll Own
Growth Experimentation
Build and run a continuous experimentation engine across the full funnel — acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
Form clear hypotheses, design tests, measure rigorously, and scale the winners; cut losers quickly and without ego.
Hunt for new, underused channels and tactics before the rest of the category catches on.
Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
Own the conversion path from first touch to qualified pipeline — landing pages, messaging, offers, and nurture flows.
Identify the biggest leaks and frictions in the funnel and systematically remove them.
Improve lead quality and cost efficiency (CAC, conversion rates) as a constant discipline, not a quarterly review.
Channels & Campaigns
Plan and execute paid and organic acquisition experiments across the channels where industrial buyers actually are.
Partner with Demand Generation and Sales so winning experiments feed straight into the core pipeline machine.
Manage external agencies and tools where they accelerate execution.
Analytics & Insight
Own the growth data: instrument funnels, build dashboards, and keep attribution honest in HubSpot and analytics tools.
Turn data into a clear, shared view of what is working — and a prioritised backlog of what to try next.
Feed real-world signal back to Product and Sales to sharpen positioning and targeting.
What You'll Bring
4–6 years in growth, performance, or product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech, with hands-on ownership of measurable growth outcomes.
A genuine experimentation mindset. A track record of running structured tests, reading the data honestly, and scaling what works.
Hands-on across acquisition channels — paid media, SEO, email, landing pages, and content-driven inbound.
A strong analytical mindset. Fluency with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, and comfort with attribution and unit economics (CAC, conversion, LTV).
Speed, ownership, and bias to action. You ship, measure, and iterate without waiting to be told what to do.
Strong communication in English and Polish, and the instinct to collaborate tightly with Demand Generation, Sales, and Product.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to enterprise or industrial buyers in complex sectors.
Exposure to AI, computer vision, or analytics products.
Basic design or no-code skills for spinning up landing pages and assets fast.
Experience building pipeline or growth loops from scratch.

Recruitment Process
