About the Role 

This role owns Surveily's inbound pipeline. You will build and run the demand generation engine that brings enterprise buyers to us at scale — from strategy through execution — and lead the company's account-based marketing motion into industrial markets abroad. You will have real ownership, a clear mandate, and the expectation that you will push beyond the standard playbook to find what actually works. Your work feeds and sharpens every other go-to-market lever: giving sales better signals, making outbound more precise, and ensuring the right buyers are warm before they are ever touched. 

What You'll Own 

Inbound Pipeline & Lead Generation 

  • Own the overall demand generation strategy — channel mix, campaign priorities, and pipeline targets — bringing a point of view, not just a plan. 

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (including paid) that generate high-quality leads for the enterprise sales team. 

  • Build and continuously optimise the lead-acquisition process; treat pipeline health and attribution as a competitive advantage. 

ABM & Campaign Management 

  • Design and run ABM programmes that go beyond list-and-spray, working closely with Sales on account selection, sequencing, and creative that makes target accounts take notice. 

  • Own campaign management end-to-end — from brief and asset development through launch, reporting, and optimisation. 

  • Ground every campaign in sharp messaging and proof points that resonate with enterprise safety, operations, and IT buyers. 

Events & Field Marketing 

  • Own the events calendar — selecting the trade shows and industry conferences where our enterprise buyers actually are, not just the ones competitors attend. 

  • Build events into the ABM motion: pre-event outreach, on-the-ground engagement, and post-event follow-up all sequenced around target accounts. 

  • Back every event with clear ROI tracking and feed learnings into future planning. 

Reporting, Optimisation & Sales Support 

  • Own demand-gen reporting across the metrics that matter — pipeline contribution, channel performance, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and campaign ROI. 

  • Keep attribution accurate and lead scoring honest in HubSpot; let data guide decisions. 

  • Provide operational support to sales and manage external agencies and subcontractors. 

What You'll Need 

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech, with end-to-end ownership of the marketing process. 

  • A proven track record building and scaling inbound pipeline, with demonstrable impact on ICP pipeline generation, lead quality, and conversion. 

  • Hands-on across ABM, paid media, events, email nurture, and content-driven inbound. Practical command of modern marketing tools such as HubSpot, GetResponse, and Apollo. 

  • A strong analytical mindset. Comfortable with attribution and with tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. 

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, and the project-management discipline to run multiple campaigns at once without dropping the ball. 

  • Business-level English (min. C1) and Polish, enabling fluent communication with international prospects and the team. 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in complex or industrial sectors. 

  • Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or industrial safety (a bonus, not essential). 

  • Basic design competence for producing simple marketing materials.

Recruitment Process

The process consists of a CV review, a 5-minute phone call, a 30-minute video interview, a 90-minute in-person interview with Assessment Center elements.
