Road Engineer (junior/mid)
Location: all of Poland
Responsibilities:
- Working on infrastructure projects, together with the team located in the Copenhagen office;
- Assist in the design of road projects, ensuring deliverables meet the expected quality, schedule, and budget;
- Utilize design software such as Bentley Microstation/Openroads to create detailed drawings and plans. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D is considered an asset.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to project managers;
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations as needed;
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry practices and technologies.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in road engineering or related work;
- Experience with software such as Bentley Microstation/Openroads;
- Proficient in the use of design software, with a preference for experience in BIM methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Nice to have: AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
