At Swivl, our recruitment team handles the entire end-to-end hiring process—from aligning with Hiring Managers on role requirements, sourcing candidates, crafting engaging job ads, conducting interviews, and sharing valuable feedback. Our reach extends globally, with daily collaboration between teams in Poland, Ukraine and the United States, which is why we seek candidates with a high proficiency in three languages.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting;
  • Advanced user of recruiting technologies (Google X-Ray search, Linkedin, etc);
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Good command of English, Polish, and Ukrainian (upper-intermediate level or above).


Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of technical role or industry-specific terminology to better engage with candidates in tech fields;
  • International experience.


Your responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and the Recruitment process);
  • Conduct HR screen and first interview;
  • Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs using active recruitment methods;
  • Source passive and active candidates via various sources in Europe;
  • Find, engage & activate passive candidates for a current pipeline/future hiring needs in every possible way (Linkedin, social media);
  • Regularly track metrics to share with internal stakeholders, recommend and drive improvements;
  • Keep an eye on the existing database.
