We’re looking for a Marketing Partnerships Manager to grow and manage strategic alliances that increase Synder’s visibility and lead generation. In this role, you’ll own relationships with key industry partners—from accounting associations and firms to product aligned companies—and lead co-marketing campaigns that drive real business outcomes.

- Proactively identify and build productive co-marketing relationships with strategic partners—including industry platforms, large accounting firms and communities (like the BDO Alliance USA)—to drive brand visibility and client acquisition;
- Own and nurture long-term partnership relationships, ensuring mutual value, and generating qualified leads through co-marketing activities;
- Lead negotiations and define partnership terms with key external stakeholders;
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partner companies;
- Oversee and coordinate the work of internal marketing contributors (content, email, webinars) to deliver on goals and timelines;
- Align partnership efforts with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams;
- Track and analyze the performance of all co-marketing partnership activities, reporting results and identifying opportunities for optimization;
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor partnerships and activities, and innovations in the fintech and accounting software space.

C1+ English proficiency, with excellent communication and negotiation skills;

3+ years experience in co-marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships in the U.S. market—preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech;
- Experience in leading cross-functional marketing campaigns and coordinating internal teams;
- A track record of developing partnership strategies and driving measurable results from co-marketing activities;
- Superior relationship-building and stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical mindset to monitor and report on the performance of co-marketing activities, and adjust tactics based on the results;
- Comfortable working independently, being proactive and managing multiple priorities.
