Growth Hacker
Not just another Growth Hacker. The first growth owner who builds the engine from scratch.
Most growth roles promise “creative freedom” and “impact on strategy”.
We don’t promise — we actually mean it.
This is not a role inside an existing marketing machine.
This is about designing, building, and owning the machine.
Your mission
There’s a strong product.
There’s a clear market pull.
There’s a global trend accelerating everything: automation.
What’s missing?
Someone who understands automation deeply — not as a buzzword, but as a real capability embedded in software products — and knows how to turn it into growth.
From positioning to campaigns, from first click to long-term adoption — you’ll connect product, market, and story into one coherent growth system.
You’ll define the narrative.
You’ll choose the channels.
You’ll test, learn, iterate — and make it work.

The product goes deep for developers.
All of it built to meet enterprise expectations, while staying true to open-source values.
And that balance matters.
The product is ready.
The feedback is strong.
The timing is right.
Your job?
Bring it to the market and make automation click — for both business and technical audiences.

What you’ll do
· Create and execute a full-funnel B2B growth strategy focused on automation-led products

· Craft and test messaging and value propositions grounded in a strong understanding of:
automation in software products
the product development lifecycle (from discovery to scale)

· Launch and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit — wherever your audience actually is)

· Build and manage the core marketing stack (CRM, analytics, automations)
· Set up reporting and track what truly drives adoption and revenue
· Work closely with founders, sales, and product to align automation capabilities with real market needs
You’re a great fit if you
· Have 4+ years of B2B/SaaS marketing experience (startup-style), ideally in software or product-led companies
· Come from the software world — you understand how products are built, shipped, and scaled
· Are genuinely into automation: workflows, integrations, no/low-code tools, embedded automation in products (bonus if you’ve worked with or around tools like n8n)
· Have experience working with or growing software products — not just marketing them
· Know how to position, test, and iterate without a big team or big budget
· Write clear, compelling, no-fluff copy in English (C1+)
· Are comfortable owning both strategy and execution
· Are curious, independent, and proactive
· Enjoy building from scratch and thrive in ambiguity
Bonus points for
· Experience with DevTools, automation platforms, or AI-driven products
· Past work in a seed or Series A startup
· Strong product marketing or sales enablement experience
· Solid data and analytics skills (GA, HubSpot, Mixpanel, etc.)
· Side projects, writing, or a portfolio that shows how you think
What we offer
· A high-autonomy role with full ownership of marketing from day one
· Real decision-making power — your calls shape the go-to-market
· Direct collaboration with founders and the product team
· Remote-first, async-friendly work culture
· A product deeply embedded in the global automation trend
· A clean slate — with a solid product already in place
