Product Marketing & Growth Expert (GTM)
We’re looking for someone who can help our products win the market. This role is for a person who can define positioning, build growth strategies from scratch, run experiments, and take full ownership of outcomes, from insight to execution. You’ll join Synergy Codes’ marketing team, working alongside talented professionals with broad expertise.
You will initially focus on three products from Synergy Codes’ portfolio:
Workflow Builder — a front-end layer workflow editor UI for automation platforms
Overflow — a library of interactive components built on top of React Flow
ngDiagram — a developer library for advanced diagramming in Angular
Each product is at a different stage of maturity, but all demonstrate market potential, with early traction signals and significant room for growth.
This role at Synergy Codes
This position combines product marketing, growth, and community-led marketing. You will own the go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives end-to-end. You will not only develop standalone product brands but also position them as proof of expertise and accelerators for Synergy Codes’ consulting and development services.
Responsibilities:
Define positioning, messaging, and value proposition
Design and execute go-to-market strategies
Build marketing funnels from scratch
Run and optimize experiments across:
paid channels
organic channels
outbound
community
Create marketing assets and content:
articles, case studies, landing pages
email campaigns
sales enablement materials
video concepts and scripts
Develop and execute SEO and content strategies
Plan and coordinate PR activities, including media opportunities, product mentiones, and thought leadership
Analyze performance data and optimize conversion
Collaborate with engineering teams on demos, documentation and GitHub presence
Develop community-led growth initiatives (developer communities, forums and conference presence) and coordinate meetups with our partners
The success in this role is defined by the KPIs growth in improved activation, community traction and qualified leads.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a strong growth mindset who can combine strategy with hands-on execution (a T-shaped profile). Leveraging AI in marketing — from prompting to automation and agent workflows — to shorten time-to-results will be a key success factor in this role.
Must have:
4+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS product marketing or growth marketing for technology products
Proven track record in building GTM strategies for new products or startups
Practical experience with SEO, content strategy, or digital PR
Excellent English (C1 or higher) — we operate globally
Experience with:
content marketing
performance or growth experimentation
landing page and funnel creation
marketing analytics and decision-making
Nice to have:
Experience with community-led growth
Marketing to developers or SaaS/B2B tech audiences
Familiarity with front-end ecosystems (Angular, React, etc.)
Experience with tools like Webflow and automation platforms
