However, we don't limit ourselves solely to this solution. We're building BaseModel (website link) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate AI's potential for the business.
Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated Partner Onboarding & Enablement Manager to join our Business Development Team. This role will drive the operational execution of our partner programs, equipping partners with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to achieve joint success and accelerate time-to-value.
What will you do on a daily basis?
Lead Partner Onboarding Operations by managing end-to-end onboarding for strategic partners, tailoring the process to partner types and coordinating internal teams.
Execute Partner Enablement Programs. Deliver training, maintain partner resources, and support certification growth.
Provide Operational Support and Guidance. Act as the main contact for partner queries, assist with demo environments, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor Partner Engagement & Performance by tracking onboarding metrics, gathering feedback, and reporting on partner engagement.
Contribute to Program Optimization. Identify and address inefficiencies contributing to the evolution of partner tools and programs.
What will make us a perfect match?
You have experience in partner operations, onboarding, or enablement in a SaaS environment.
You’ve worked directly with clients or partners to uncover needs, define scalable solution architectures, and guide initial deployments.
You’re a strong communicator who can deliver trainings, webinars or workshops.
You are skilled at leading technical responses, estimating project scope, and highlighting product advantages in competitive scenarios.
You can translate technical capabilities into business value.
Language proficiency in Portuguese and English (native or advanced); other languages are a plus.

Experience working in industries such as retail, e-commerce and financial services.
Familiarity with behavioral AI, customer data platforms (CDPs), or marketing automation tools.
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to business growth.
