Process and Budget Specialist

Opis stanowiska

• Coordination of planning, controlling, and budget utilization

• Budget verification and cost control

• Data collection and reporting for internal stakeholders and headquarters

• Cooperation with other departments, with a focus on vendor management

• Supporting the organization in identifying and removing obstacles to enable end-to-end (E2E) processes

• Process mapping and optimization of key divisional processes

Wymagania

• Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Constructive problem-solving mindset with the ability to energize teams and drive action

• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop clear recommendations, and make sound decisions​

• Excellent communication skills, including experience working with top management and board-level stakeholders

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Agile mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI

• Ability to promote innovative thinking and continuous self-improvement within the team and the wider organization​​​​​

Our team works directly with board managers and executives. Our role is to be eyes, ears and voice of the Technology and Innovation division.
