Your Role:

- Ensuring HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal regulations. Regularly auditing employee records and maintaining organized, accessible files.
- Cooperating with the external accounting office and the Finance Team to ensure data accuracy (your crucial success indicators will lead to “0” mistakes in our documentation).
- Providing accurate and timely data about employees, including headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics, to inform decision-making.
- Taking ownership of the HR Management tool we use and boosting the way we use its features
- Ensuring clear communication and be the point of contact for employees regarding HR documentation, benefits, and compliance-related queries.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes (inc. taking care of the documents and equipment, also introducing the must-have admin knowledge).
- Overseeing office management tasks, ensuring the workplace is organized, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity.
- Organizing quarterly company events and managing employee benefits, including the "Bookworms" program and private healthcare
- Full-time UZ Contract or B2B Contract
- 24 paid days off per year (+ 1 birthday free day)
- Hybrid work mode (Kraków) - 1-2 days/ week from the office
- Flexible weekly working hours (with core hours)
- Fluency in Polish (proficiency) and English (advanced)
- Prior experience in administrative tasks
- Basic knowledge of Polish labor law and Civil Code (some of our contracts are B2B based)
- A can-do attitude, with a focus on execution
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A degree or ongoing studies in people fields (e.g.: management, psychology, sociology)
- Experience with GSuite, Excel, and other office tools
- AI experiments on your account :)
