We’re currently expanding our sales team and we are looking for a Sales Specialist to join us in Teamdeck, Apptension’s own startup. The ideal candidate has a great command of English and wants to learn about B2B sales and SaaS.
What’s Teamdeck? It’s a complete resource management software for agencies, software houses and digital production companies. The app is already on the market with a couple of hundreds customers from all over the world. You can learn more about the product

We have a small team on board that manages Teamdeck’s growth in terms of marketing and customer support but we want to tighten our outreach & sales processes. Does that sound like a task you want to take on? Read on!
What's this position about?
As a Sales Specialist, you will be expected to:
- Plan and conduct B2B outreach campaigns
- Create engaging email templates
- Follow up with the leads
- Perform effective online demos
- Educate customers on the benefits of Teamdeck
- Close sales process with customers
- Provide reports and feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Close sales process with customers
- Achieve sales funnel KPI targets
What do you need to have to join us?
In order to join us you’ll need to demonstrate:
- Flawless command of spoken and written English (at least C1, Polish is not required)
- Strong technical proficiency and computer skills, familiarity with Google Apps (Sheets, Docs) strongly preferred
- Enthusiastic, confident personality with the natural ability to engage people
- Proven selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, communication, and listening skills
- Being receptive to feedback and willing to learn and apply best practices
