Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and enhance human resources operations, employee engagement, and organizational processes. This role will play a pivotal part in creating a thriving workplace culture, streamlining HR procedures, and supporting employee development. The HR Manager will also collaborate closely with leadership to drive continuous improvement across HR operations and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and gathering feedback to improve employee retention.
Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:
- Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys, one-on-one meetings, and other feedback mechanisms.
- Organize and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a key liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment on organizational goals.
- Work closely with managers to provide HR support for team development and problem resolution.
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and skill development.
- Facilitate performance reviews, provide coaching, and deliver constructive feedback to employees.
Organizational Culture:
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to align organizational culture with company values.
HR Administration and Benefits Management:
- Administer employee benefits and ensure clear communication about available programs.
- Oversee and manage HR systems, including tools like Float, for effective resource management.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
Process Improvement and Excellence:
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of process excellence across HR functions.
Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
- Address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively manage issues related to employee performance and provide support to managers for effective resolution.
Cross-Departmental Support:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as administration and finance, to ensure alignment on shared goals.
- Support the implementation of company-wide policies and initiatives.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Assist in creating and updating HR policies to align with organizational needs.
- Support the roll-out of new policies and ensure employees are informed and compliant.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a related field within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven expertise in onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, with the ability to optimize their use for efficient operations.
