Our client is a fast-growing food distribution platform digitising an industry that's been stuck in the past for too long. We connect restaurants, hotels, and catering operations with suppliers through a modern platform that simplifies ordering, pricing, and account management. We've just raised €20M and are moving fast — your impact here is real and visible from day one.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Account Executive with deep HoReCa roots to own and grow a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality accounts in Warsaw. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role — you'll be spending time in kitchens, building trust with chefs and GMs, and finding ways to deliver more value to the accounts you own.

The focus is growth, not maintenance. You'll be the face of the platform with clients and a key voice back to the team on what the industry actually needs.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Account growth and development

Own a portfolio of restaurant and HoReCa accounts with a focus on growing them — increasing order volume, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring as many accounts as possible are actively ordering.

Client visits and relationship building

Visit clients regularly, walk the kitchen, understand their challenges, and build trusted relationships with chefs, GMs, and procurement teams. Be the person they call when something matters.

New account acquisition

Introduce the platform to chefs, restaurant owners, and F&B managers — convincing them to start placing orders and demonstrating the value quickly.

Feedback and product collaboration

Collaborate closely with internal teams to turn client feedback into actionable input for platform development. You're the direct line between the field and the product.

Industry presence

Represent the company at industry events, trade visits, and in-person meetings — leveraging your HoReCa credibility to open doors and build the brand.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

HoReCa sales experience

Proven experience selling food products to HoReCa clients — you understand how kitchens operate, how decisions get made, and how to earn trust in this world.

Food pricing and margin knowledge

Solid understanding of food pricing structures and margins. You can have credible commercial conversations with procurement teams and owners.

Account growth track record

A demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts, not just manage them — identifying opportunities, asking the right questions, and following through.

Fluent Polish and good English

Fluent Polish for client-facing work. Good English for internal collaboration with the wider team.
