BDR / Account Executive — DACH

Our client building a SaaS platform for construction and infrastructure companies — with a broader mission to democratise access to public procurement in Europe. We operate in a traditional, relationship-driven industry where trust, local presence, and credibility matter far more than polished decks or generic growth playbooks.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a BDR / Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in the DACH market — from prospecting through to close. You'll work closely with the founders on sales strategy and execution, and contribute directly to scaling revenue and go-to-market efforts. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives with autonomy and knows how to build real relationships in a traditional industry.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Full-cycle sales Own the entire sales process end-to-end — prospecting and lead generation, qualification, sales conversations, and closing deals. Initial target of approximately 10 closed deals per month.
DACH market development Build and manage relationships with clients across the DACH region. Bring local knowledge, cultural fluency, and the ability to navigate a relationship-driven market.
Founder collaboration Work directly with the founding team on sales strategy and execution — no layers of management, real influence on how the go-to-market evolves.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Proven end-to-end sales experience You've owned a full sales cycle before and know how to move deals from first contact to close.
Strong German language skills Fluent or native-level German is essential for building credibility in the DACH market.
High ownership and autonomy You don't wait to be managed. You set your own pace, take accountability for results, and figure things out.
Closer mentality You know how to read a deal, handle objections, and get things over the line.
NICE TO HAVES
Experience in the DACH market. Background in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. Experience working with institutions, associations, or partnerships. Early-stage or startup experience.
THE TEAM
You'll work directly with the founders in a small, high-conviction team. The role carries real responsibility and real upside — this is not a cog-in-the-machine sales job.
