B2B Sales Representative • Energy
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team in Warsaw, Poland and contribute to the expansion of Teltonika Energy solutions.
In this role, you will work with innovative electric vehicle charging stations and help businesses adopt reliable EV charging infrastructure. In this role, you will:
Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika and EV charging products with solutions.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
What we expect of you:
Proven excellence in a Sales Executive or relevant sales role with B2B selling experience.
Native or highly fluent Polish language and excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication skills.
Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality.
Strong presentation and business communication skills.
Full Polish driving license.
