What is this job all about?

We are looking for a creative and passionate Junior Social Media & Content Creator to join our team and help us bring our games to life across social media!

If you love storytelling, engaging with online communities, and crafting both visual and written content, this might be the perfect role for you.

This is a role within TSG’s Growth Team - a cross-functional group of creative minds, analysts, UA specialists, and others, working closely together to scale our games and reach new audiences.

At TSG, Growth is not traditional marketing - it’s an iterative process of testing, learning, and optimizing. We combine creativity, data, and experimentation to engage players in meaningful ways and stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of gaming.

What will you be doing?

• Create engaging content (images, videos, reels, carousels, stories) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook - based on ready-to-use materials (visual assets, copy);
• Stay on top of the latest trends in social media and gaming communities, analyze them, and turn insights into actionable content ideas;
• Collaborate closely with the team (exchanging ideas, co-creating concepts);
• Use tools such as CutCap, ChatGPT, and be open to learning and using other AI-based tools (graphic, text, video) to support content creation;
• Analyze content performance, draw conclusions, and adapt strategies to optimize results;
• Connect insights from trends, audience engagement, and performance data to guide content creation and community engagement;
• Follow and engage with online communities around our games.

What are we looking for?

• Passion for storytelling and building engaging content;
• Solid understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook - and how to create content that performs well on each;
• Good sense of trends - you naturally stay updated with new formats, meme culture, and popular themes;
• Ability to use tools like CutCap, ChatGPT, and readiness to explore and learn other AI-based tools;
• Analytical mindset - ability to connect the dots between data, trends, and community insights, and translate them into content ideas and actions;
• Proactive and curious - "I have an idea, how can we make this work?";
• English: at least upper intermediate level (B2/C1).

Amaze us with:

• Experience with AI graphics or content tools;
• Interest in gaming and online communities;
• Hands-on social media experience (even if not from commercial projects - practical, self-driven is perfectly fine);
• Feel free to share any interesting content examples or portfolio pieces (posts, graphics, videos, or other formats); we’d love to see your creative work!
