We’re looking for an AI-driven content marketing specialist who understands technology, knows how to leverage AI tools to drive high-impact, scalable content initiatives, and is excited to contribute directly to business growth and performance through our Partnership Program.
Our team’s mission is to attract and activate new partners — whether affiliates, resellers, or tech companies — to expand our ecosystem and create new revenue streams. We make it easier for partners to promote, sell, and integrate our solutions, ensuring their success while driving business impact for Text.
In this role, you will play a key part in generating business-oriented content that supports our growth objectives and increases our visibility among potential partners.
- Producing high volumes of business- and tech-oriented content (articles, resources, e-mails, etc.) by effectively leveraging AI tools for fast, quality-driven output.
- Scaling and automating the content creation process to support rapid growth in partner acquisition and program visibility.
- Applying SEO principles and continuously optimizing content based on performance metrics and business needs.
- Designing and executing content strategies optimized for business outcomes — including lead generation, partner engagement, and ecosystem expansion.
- Publishing content both on our platforms and through external technology and business media to reach wider audiences.
- Collaborating with other content writers and ensuring all content meets our quality and style guidelines.
- Have proven experience in AI-supported, high-volume content generation, especially in tech or business environments.
- Are business- and tech-oriented — you understand how to communicate complex solutions clearly to business audiences and drive measurable outcomes.
- Understand how to use content strategically to meet performance goals (lead generation, engagement, conversion).
- Are highly proactive — you don’t wait for instructions but actively suggest improvements, new ideas, and optimization strategies.
- Are data-driven — you analyze results and adjust content to maximize business impact.
- Are familiar with SEO, growth marketing principles, and performance content writing.
- Have excellent English proficiency — your writing is professional, informative, approachable, and natural.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple projects without losing focus or momentum.
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
