- Owning the full marketing automation strategy — from idea to execution — while keeping it aligned with broader business goals.
- Planning, creating, and managing automated marketing and educational campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and notifications.
- Designing personalized user journeys to boost onboarding and activation rates.
- Using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to segment users and deliver targeted messages.
- Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing messaging based on data insights.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to align marketing efforts with product updates.
- Running A/B tests to improve messaging
- Ensuring everything stays compliant with data privacy regulations (like GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution across all marketing automation channels aligned with core business goals.
- Are ready to take full ownership of our marketing automation efforts.
- Are highly skilled in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience is a strong bonus).
- Have a solid track record of building complex automation flows that actually work.
- Have experience automating customer onboarding for a SaaS product (a big plus!).
- Are proactive, strategic, and love to get things done — you don’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do.
- You are user-oriented, focusing on understanding and meeting the needs of your audience to create meaningful and engaging experiences.
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
