🔎 Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a self-reliant and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. You should be confident in independently driving the design process from discovery to delivery and have a sharp eye for both usability and visual quality. If you're looking for a role where you can have real ownership of design decisions across a variety of projects – from mobile apps to interactive 3D tools – this is the place for you.

We value structured thinking, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit. A strong portfolio is a must – we’d love to see your design process as much as the final result.

📌 Your role

• Designing polished UI and intuitive UX for mobile apps, web apps, websites, and 3D configurators
• Planning and creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Delivering thoughtful and development-ready design solutions
• Collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation
• Leading design decisions backed by user needs and business goals
• Documenting and sharing projects through social media content and case studies (Dribbble, Behance, etc.)
• Contributing to and nurturing a feedback-driven design culture

👉 What we expect

• Expert-level knowledge of Figma
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, composition
• Mastery of design systems, autolayout, grids, components, and variants
• A strategic approach to design – ability to balance business needs with user experience
• Ability to take full ownership of design projects, from brief to execution
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration (PMs, devs, stakeholders)
• Awareness of current trends and best practices in digital product design
• Meticulous attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense
• Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn – staying updated with tools and trends
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• A strong portfolio that shows both design skills and process thinking
• A link to a Figma file showcasing your recent work (ideally real product design)

👍 Nice to have

• UX writing skills
• Polish language proficiency
• Knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Photoshop Beta in the design process
• Creating branding assets – logos, visual identity systems, style guides
